Ingredients:
50g / 1,7 oz sourdough starter
50g / 1,7 oz Organic wheat flour
50g / 1,7 oz water

How to
A sourdough starter stored in the refrigerator needs to be fed at least once a week. I feed mine every time I bake. If you don't bake that often my tip is to keep the sourdough in the freezer, frozen in 100g / 3,5 oz portions. When you use the last one feed up new portions and freeze again.

Feeding:
Mix the flour and water in a glass jar with the wheat sourdough starter.
Stir.

I bake at least once a week and feed my sourdough starter at that time.

I only use wheat sourdough even if I bake rye bread. (To avoid extra work ;-)) rye sourdough starter works much the same way, replace the wheat flour.
