Baking sourdough Wheat Sourdough starter

Wheat Sourdough starter Wheat Sourdough starter 

Ingredients:
100g / 3,5 oz Organic wheat flour .
150g / 5,3 oz water.
50g / 1,7 oz grated apple or organic honey.

How to
Boil water and allow to cool to 40 (c) / 104 (f) degrees.
Grate apples.
Mix flour, water and apple in a 500 ml glass jar and stir. The consistency should be thick. Cover the jar but do not tighten the lid. Let stand warm, 22-26 (c) 72 - 79 (f )degrees for 4 days. Stir in the morning and evening.
Day 2 evening, add 50g / 5,3 oz of organic flour and 40g / 1,4 oz lukewarm water. The consistency should be thick.
Day 4 evening, if it is bubbly and a little quiver in texture it's ready. If it's not, pour out everything except 50g / 5,3 oz and go to Day 2.
If it's ready it can be stored in the refrigerator and fed once a week, (see Feeding wheat sourdough ) or in the freezer.
